Just a quick one today, cause it’s really late….

I have been designing the metalwork [preliminary ?] for my mixer. the main idea was just get a quote on the laser cutout work, but hey, I converted the whole thing into 3D – nicer look. I did put in all the components that I have already designed, and tried to make it work. for me it looks like this is going be ok. Now there is the top panel with all the cutouts for my switches, faders, rotary pots and the connectors on the back. this panel will get two bends so that is provides the stability by itself. the bottom is made out of the same 2.5mm aluminum and will have side panels slightly recessed so that I can put nice wood trims at the sides. the front will get a leather arm resst, just because a console should have one….
